Direct 4x4 Returns Policy
We take great pride in our products and have thousands of satisfied
customers. If you are not totally satisfied with your product though,
you need to notify us in writing within 7 working days from the receipt of the
goods. You will then need to send them back to us for a full refund.
The product has to be in a saleable condition. You will
be liable for the cost of replacement or repair of any goods returned
scratched, knocked, battered etc.
You must take care of goods whilst they are in your
possession and, if you are returning them, you should take reasonable
care to ensure that Direct4x4 receives them and that they are not
damaged in transit. If the goods are not adequately packaged, are
incorrectly addressed or do not carry the correct postage, and become
damaged as a result, Direct4x4 may have a claim against you. For this
reason all items returned must be repackaged in a comparable way that
they were delivered to you. We strongly recommend that you insure the
return delivery.
The customer has to pay for all return delivery costs.
We do not refund the return delivery cost.
The customer must inform us via email or post of any
returns within 7 working days of receipt. Otherwise no refund will be
given.
This policy does not apply to personalised items (printed wheel covers, painted wheel covers and transfers).
