Direct 4x4 Manufacturing Ltd has been established since 1997. We are direct importers and bring accessories in by the container load and pass these vast savings on to you. We offer 4x4 accessories including stainless steel wheel covers, running boards, roof racks and bars, rear ladders, trim etc.

History/Background

Direct 4x4's first step into the 4x4 accessory market was by selling just stainless steel wheel covers, which we did very successfully for 10 years, before we had the opportunity to import our first container from Winbo early in 2004. In August 2005 we become the sole U.K. importer for Winbo auto accessories.

We currently hold over £2.5 MILLION worth of stock in our 2 warehouses and are one of the largest 4x4 retailers in Europe.

You can buy with confidence knowing that 2009 will be our 6th year of selling Winbo products, with many years prior to these selling 4x4 accessories by mail order to the U.K. and Europe.

Since then we have gone from strength to strength and are now one of the market leaders in this country. We still hold to the values that we had in the beginning.

Our formula is simple - we buy high quality products in large volumes at the best prices; then we pass these savings on to you! Add to this a small, friendly staff and a customer driven ethos and the results will follow. We pride ourselves as 4x4 accessory specialists who have many thousands of happy customers as well as tens of thousands of customers from our internet site and magazine adverts.

Direct 4x4 Manufacturing Ltd, are the sole UK importers for WINBO Auto Accessories Manufacturing Co. Ltd. WINBO was founded in 1994 specializing in designing and manufacturing auto accessories. Product lines include side bars, running boards, roof racks, roof bars, spare tyre covers, rear ladders, rear skid bars, and tail light guards.

As a UNITED NATIONS REGISTERED SUPPLIER, Winbo conforms to the QS-9000(ISO 9002) Quality System Standard and has earned certification. In 2006 Winbo also acquired the certification of ISO/TS16949:2002 Quality Control System. So you can be assured of a quality product.

WINBO are proud to be OEM suppliers of HONDA, NISSAN, GMC, HUMMER, ISUZU, JMC, TOYOTA, and JEEP. In regard to overseas sales WINBO has agents and distributors in 65 countries and regions throughout the world.

Payment

We accept payment by Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, Postal Orders, Bank Transfer and Cheque. If you are paying with Cheque please allow up to 14 days for delivery, if you require express delivery, pay with Credit Card or Paypal. A VAT receipt will be sent out with the goods.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque. Although we are generally able to get the goods out to you within a few days, please allow up to 5 days for delivery. For all off shore islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, and Northern Scotland please ask for delivery charges as they will be more, and the delivery time may be longer due to the size of the package. WE REQUIRE A TELEPHONE NUMBER TO HELP WITH THE DELIVERY SERVICE PLEASE ADD THIS TO ADDITIONAL NOTES IN THE CHECKOUT OR EMAIL IT TO US.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Direct4x4 Manufacturing Ltd (Company No. 3472240) Unit 39 Chequers Lane, Derby, DE21 6AW, to the customer named on the order form. The contract (sale) is governed by and subject to English and Scottish law.

We accept credit card and debit card payments, either on the website or over the phone (01332 601016). You can also pay using paypal. We accept cheques, postal orders and bank transfers.

If you wish to send a cheque or postal order, please send to our postal address (above). If paying by cheque, please allow 7 working days from when the cheque is paid in for clearance. Goods will only be sent out for cleared funds. We take great pride in our products and have thousands of satisfied customers. If you are not totally satisfied with your product though, you need to notify us within 7 working days from the receipt of the goods. You will then need to send them back to us for a full refund.

The product has to be in a saleable condition. You will be liable for the cost of replacement or repair of any goods returned scratched, knocked, battered etc.

You must take care of goods whilst they are in your possession and, if you are returning them, you should take reasonable care to ensure that Direct4x4 receives them and that they are not damaged in transit. If the goods are not adequately packaged, are incorrectly addressed or do not carry the correct postage, and become damaged as a result, Direct4x4 may have a claim against you. For this reason all items returned must be repackaged in a comparable way that they were delivered to you. We strongly recommend that you insure the return delivery.

The customer has to pay for all return delivery costs.

We do not refund the return delivery cost.

The customer must inform us via email or post of any returns within 7 working days of receipt. Otherwise no refund will be given.

This policy does not apply to personalised items (printed wheel covers, painted wheel covers and transfers).

Direct 4x4 Manufacturing Ltd wants you to be delighted with everything you buy from us. If you find any problems with an item you have purchases please let us know as soon as you can. The earlier we are made aware of a possible problem, the easier it is likely to be for us to investigate the matter. If it is discovered that Direct4x4 have supplied an item that is not as described, of a less than satisfactory quality or not fit for its purpose we will of course provide you with a suitable solution to the problem.

Please check your goods upon receipt; we need you to notify us of any damages as soon as possible.

How about delivery?
We are a UK based company and all Items are sent by courier service. Please allow up to 5 days to arrive. A lot of effort is put in the wrapping of this product, so you get what you see in the picture.
